Great News! Black Jack, MO admits that two unmarried adults plus the children of either partner can be a family. Proving that public outcry can stop ridiculous behavior, Mayor Norman McCourt said "We have avoided more noise."  Read more about Black Jack's housing discrimination and make more noise so it never happens again!
